External Peers Relationship

Molecule | MMT Course

Customers, investors, labor unions, suppliers, government agencies and community groups constitute your External Peers.

We teach you how to deal with these groups, not by eliminating interruptions, but rather by influencing the "content" of those interruptions.

"Welcome interruptions" include: repeat orders, praise, more funding, etc

"Unwelcome interruptions" include: customer complaints, cancelled orders, withdrawn support, etc.

However, before you can effectively deal with these groups, you must first have earned the support of your Boss, Internal Peers and Staff. To be effective, the initiatives you want to take must be backed by those on whose support you depend.
