Peers , Too, Can Cause Problems. Unless you get three-point landings—what you want, when and where you want it—from your peers, you have time-management problems!
Solution: “Managing” Your Peers. “ Demand” for support often exceeds the available “supply.” Consistent, reliable, active support must therefore be earned, it is not a right . The support of your internal peers is never free--you must give something to get something. Remember: No manager is a island, and there is no free lunch!
