The construct we use to examine the paradox – organizational management vs. time management - is the "Molecule of Management,” created by William Oncken, Jr., and illustrated below.
We begin by recognizing that before you can manage your time and get control of your job, you must first successfully manage the relationships that impact on your time: Boss, Peers and Staff. Through the Molecule, we examine the causes and effects of critical problems faced by people in organizations, and the only practical long-term solutions. Our seminar demonstrates why leadership, teamwork, planning, responsibility and accountability can and must begin with each individual (each "YOU") in your organization.
